- To build a self-reliant village through public participation.
Mission of the Panchayat
- To identify the needs of the villagers and provide timely services.
- To effectively implement government schemes for the benefit of the people.
- To work for the welfare of women, children, senior citizens, and differently-abled persons.
- To promote employment opportunities and self-employment initiatives.
- To strengthen democratic participation through Gram Sabha meetings.
- To ensure the maintenance and development of public infrastructure and facilities.
In short, the vision of the Panchayat is to create a “better rural life,” while its mission is to efficiently carry out the services and development activities needed to achieve that goal.
